Michele is currently a lived experience speaker for the Western Australian Association for Mental Health, and speaks at their courses, Understanding Self Harm and De-Escalation.

Michele has spoken to WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) executives about inclusivity in the workforce, and to Lifeline about experiences of psychosis.

Michele joined a panel discussion at WA Mental Health Week 2024 Closing Luncheon, where she discussed the impact of the current mental health system on consumers.
